• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or remove Virtual Items at any time without liability
• Virtual Items are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged between accounts

Our games display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks (Google AdMob and Start.io). By using our games, you consent to the display of these advertisements.

We are not responsible for the content of any advertisements displayed in our games. Advertisements may link to third-party websites or services that have their own terms and privacy policies.

When using our games, you agree not to:

• Use cheats, automation software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software
• Exploit bugs or glitches to gain unfair advantages
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players

We do not warrant that our games will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SENIN TERUS STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OUR GAMES.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our games at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms and Conditions.

Upon termination, your right to use our games will immediately cease. The provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
